Michelle is an in-network provider for most major insurances including Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare, HealthPartners, Tufts, QualCare, United Healthcare, Well Sense, NH Healthy Families and Medicare. Many other insurances also cover out of network services for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). As plans can vary greatly, check with your insurance carrier regarding coverage details for MNT with a Dietitian.
All major credit cards also accepted. Our services also qualify for payment with HSA and FSA accounts.
